A social commitment
In 2013, the Valpaco Group invested in Imprimerie Solidaire, based in Mayenne, which became the first adapted printing company in France.
Today, 80% of its employees have disabilities. This commitment to inclusion, integration, and team well-being makes this printing company a model of social responsibility and sustainability, where people are at the heart of every action.
A social commitment

Rêves de Gosses
Our social commitment is also expressed through our support for inclusive and solidarity initiatives, such as the "Rêves de Gosses" event.
Created to bring happiness and hope, "Rêves de Gosses" is a remarkable aerial Tour de France designed to offer flight experiences to children with disabilities or those who have faced difficult challenges. This project brings together pilots, volunteers, and associations who join forces to provide an unforgettable experience for these children while promoting tolerance and community spirit.
We are proud to have participated in this exceptional event, which perfectly reflects our vision: placing people at the heart of our actions and contributing to a more inclusive and supportive world.
Giving these children a moment of joy is a source of inspiration for all!
